We are especially excited to announce two new events this year!
Starting in May, we debut the History Park Concert and Outdoor Cinema Series.

Cult and classic films and local music illuminate History Park each month through October. Bring your blankets and pillows, stake out a spot on the lawn for your family and friends, and be prepared for a great night of entertainment, food trucks, and local brews under the stars. What could be better!

Then in June, get ready for a Country Fair at History Park with a historical twist. We open our doors and historic vehicles roll out, filling the park with amusement rides, pony rides, fun food, and activities for the entire family.

From the Collection
In honor of Women's History Month we remember the early pioneer women who went into business for themselves, running everything from farm operations to boarding houses, seminaries and even stagecoach lines. Their businesses are documented at History San José and the Santa Clara County Archives through "Sole Trader" records.
