Health Check-In Surveys for AARP
Medicare Supplement Plans
Newly insured Medicare Supplement members may receive a Health Check-In survey call or letter from United Healthcare.
The interactive calls and letter surveys are made to insured members to help United Healthcare understand what programs and services might be appropriate to offer them. Based on responses, an outbound call may be made by United Healthcare to talk with the insured member about how to better help them.
The survey is fairly short, comprising of approximately 20 questions. Answers provided by insured members can help in determining resources for:
- Falls and balance
- Hearing Health
- Physical activity
- Social support
- Pain management and much more
