Letter From Diana

Setting up for Summer Wellness Success! 


It is so exciting to feel the changes in the weather and to have the amount of sunshine going up! This is the time of the year to come alive and to watch Mother Nature work her major as she blooms the work around us into such beauty. Each year at this time, I begin to get folks on my schedule who start to “go too far” with garnering or outdoor activities without working themselves up to it or pacing themselves. In addition, I witness many who want to shed the extra weight and inflammation they have acquired over the colder, holiday months. Here are some tips to help with all of these things and maybe some more: 


  • Do not give up your workouts and/or classes for time outside. It is the structured workouts (especially mindful ones like Pilates and yoga) that keep our alignments healthy (mobile, strong, and balanced) and allows us to do the outdoor activities safely and to undo any  misalignments caused by doing them.  It  may be tempting to say, “I am going to work in the garden today for exercise instead of class.”  This is not an equal trade at all.  


  • When it comes to diet changes, I highly recommend looking at what you have done and what took you “off” balance. The rollercoaster will only cause more issues down the road.  Make changes that will be a lifestyle change and not just seasonal.  At some point, it will all become something larger hen just needing to lose weight (like a clinical diagnosis).  Eat to live…or as I say. “Eat to thrive!”. Instead of making a seasonal change for say getting into a bathing suit.  This will serve you so much better in all seasons and your body will last you much longer and be able to grow wonderful new cells, fight off diseases effectively, and bring a vitality that will carry you to do fun things!   We can not out-trick biology….no one can! 


  • Take time to come out of “tournament time”. We often feel that we have to pack so much in to our warmer months and summer burn is a true thing. The silent retreat I have coming up would be fabulous or even booking days of quiet calm when no caring for things other than yourself needs to be done. Plan this equally as important as anything else. Even fun things if not paced out well can trigger our bodies into fight-or-flight. My newest podcast speaks to what I mean about “tournament time”. 


I hope you can just us/me for any of the wonderful classes, workshops, retreats, trainings, health coaching, and more soon to help you stay your course to true health and wellness. Remember that self-care is an investment… not an expense. And, only you can do it for you… and you are SO worth it!

Soma I Sound Training


The Energy Vitality Technique taught in the Phase 1 course is the basis for all the other techniques taught in subsequent courses. Only by activating the energy the client is not using, connecting them to 5th dimensional energy, and then safely distributing that energy through out the energy centers can we then do additional work with the open system we just created.


Activating unused energy and reminding them of their connection to the universal source is one of the greatest gifts you can give someone. Reiki I & II Certification


Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.


The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."



A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.


No experience is necessary to attend this training.

Important Zoom Class Reminders: 

  • For those participating via zoom, you must be visible on camera. We can not allow participants coming on with us without a camera option going forward for safety reasons.
  • Be signed up at least 2 hours before the class begins
  • Zoom link will be sent about 1 hour before class begins to your email 
  • Be signed in 15 minutes before class 
  • Ask all in your home to be off the internet for best reception for Zoom classes 
  • You will be on mute during Zoom classes and can send a chat message to the instructor if needed. 
  • For yoga classes, please leave savasana at the beginning or stay on the entire time to avoid being disruptive to the class.
