The Phantom Pilsner
As the gluten-free brewing community was not provided an official recipe for the AHA Big Brew event, we teamed up with Grouse Malt House. This is a straight forward Pilsner recipe inspired by our barley cousins. Showcasing Grouse's Pilsner and Vienna millet malts, using only Ceremix Flex, and fermenting at Ale temperatures courtesy of Cellar Science GERMAN yeast.
