Studio Closed for Lessons

November 25th-30th, 2024

Please note that our studio will be CLOSED for lessons from November 25th to 30th, 2024, as we take a break for Thanksgiving. We’ll resume lessons on Monday, December 2nd, 2024.

In the meantime, our retail store will be open for limited hours to cater to all your shopping needs. Don’t miss out on our exciting deals! Be on the lookout for our online catalog showcasing our Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Holiday sales!

Musical Surprise Annual Holiday Hoopla

Join us at Musical Surprise for our annual Holiday Hoopla! Celebrate the season with a festive open-mic showcase featuring students, staff, and teachers—bring your talent and holiday cheer! Enjoy free hot chocolate, festive photo ops, and exclusive deals in our retail center.

All performers must register in advance, with registration available only in-studio starting November 25th. Performance slots are first come, first serve and will be held here at the studio. Don’t miss this joyful day of music, community, and celebration. Everyone’s welcome!

Student of the Month: William "Billy" S.

Guitar Student

We’re excited to announce our Student of the Month, William "Billy" S.! At just 10 years old, Billy has been a dedicated guitar student with us for one year. Nominated by his instructor, Luis, Billy has consistently demonstrated a positive attitude and commitment to his music.

Recently, he stepped out of his comfort zone by performing an improvised solo at our upcoming recital, showcasing his growth and courage as a musician. Beyond his lessons, Billy is actively involved in studio events, including recitals, Concert in the Park, and our Rockstar Academy.

Congratulations, Billy! We’re proud to have you in our musical family!

Our Teacher Feature for the month of November is Janet!

"Hi, my name is Janet McCutchen. I teach flute and piano lessons. I grew up in Arizona and graduated from Ironwood High School in Glendale, then earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. After several years of being a military spouse and several cross country moves, I’m so excited to be back home again. Outside of music, I love spending time with my husband and children, being with family & friends, watching British dramas, and going to the mountains. I look forward to working with you in your musical endeavors!"
