We continue our consecutive weekend holiday parties with THIS SATURDAY starting 4-in-a-row, going up to FRI Dec. 16th (all dates at the bottom of this newsletter).

We then take a ONE MONTH BREAK until January 14, 2023, so please try and come by to visit before the close of the year.

We have outdoor gas heaters, as well as have added more heaters inside, too. When we install our new outdoor Jacuzzi soon, we will be adding 4 more outdoor propane heaters, so we have a total of eight.

About Last Night...

Fri Nov 18th

It was a nippy-cold Friday outdoors because of the added dew's moisture, but still we had a nice crowd, with 4 first-time newbies! For the past 17 months since our June 2021 relaunch, no party has gone without new faces walking in the door! Two guys actually braved the SLING in the cold.

Two sexy 25-30yo's gave everyone a very HOT show (!!!) on the indoor massage room sofa. We introduced them to each other for a perfect match and watching them was like seeing an A-porn movie!

One of them was a newbie while the other was his second visit to the O.C. house. He revealed that he has been very lucky both times, although at his very first party he met someone right away. This night, it took a few hours of patience before cutie #2 walked in... which proves our point to always not give-up if you're already here. And the night you don't attend is the night Mr. Right could walk in. We hear it all the time!

In our December start of the Phase 2 clean-up of 80% of the remaining hoarder mess (35% is done so far), our research indicates that when our new Jacuzzi is installed, our attendance will increase 60% – and doubling shortly after the Phase 2 renovations are completed with the Billiard table "Saloon" with GH's.

Street parking can be harder when neighbors also have party guests of their own. You may have to circle the nearby blocks to find a space. Some people park at the nearby Target store lot and Lyft/Uber over, or walk to our party, since it is a 10-minute walk from there. The stalls in and near our driveway are reserved for our Go-Go-Guys and Massage Therapists.
