New Start Ministry
September 13, 2021
Because everyone deserves a New Start!
New Start Ministry is an interfaith cosponsorship group headquartered in Woodbury, CT. We work in conjunction with IRIS (Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services, New Haven) to co-sponsor refugee families for local resettlement.

NSM has members from towns near and far and has recently resettled two families in Waterbury, CT.

New Start Ministry CT works in partnership with IRIS to resettle refugee families. We rely on the information in the co-sponsorship manual to guide us:

We also attend online training sessions with IRIS staff, meet monthly - and more frequently as we get closer to resettling a family - and work independently and with our team members in our areas of focus.
