Internships & Opportunities
RowanNEXT for Graduate Students
RowanNEXT launches on January 20 and will be available in Canvas to all graduate students. This community will provide curated graduate services, resources, networking and connections for graduate students.  There is no cost to students and, while access is granted automatically, participation is optional.

Premedical Urban Leaders Summer Enrichment (PULSE)
PULSE is a six week summer academic enrichment program for undergraduate students interested in pursuing a healthcare profession. This program provides academic, clinical, research and service learning opportunities with a focus on urban health needs. Developed by the Cooper Medical School of Rowan University, the goal of PULSE is to provide students from underrepresented and/or educationally and financially disadvantaged backgrounds exposure to medical professions.

Program Dates: June 1 - July 9, 2021
Application Deadline: February 1, 2021 

Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine Summer PREP
RowanSOM Summer Pre-Medical Research and Education Program (PREP) accepts exceptional rising seniors and juniors from colleges and universities for a residential internship program. This program is an opportunity for students who are often underrepresented in the medical profession to gain experiences to support their medical school preparation.

Program Dates: June 1, 2021 - July 9, 2021
Application Deadline: March 8, 2021

Advanced Computational Research Experience at Michigan State
Michigan State University is hosting a 10-week summer Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) in computational and data science. This REU is coordinated by Michigan State University’s Department of Computational Mathematics, Science and Engineering (CMSE), in partnership with the Institute for Cyber-Enabled Research (ICER). Research projects focus on the development and enhancement of algorithms, models, and software for applications in multiple research areas that require high-performance computing resources. Research areas include: computational chemistry, biology, astrophysics, mathematics, big data science, and earth/climate sciences.

Program Dates: May 24-July 30, 2021
Application Deadline: February 3, 2021

Discounted Princeton Review Courses
We are excited to be able to offer Rowan students the opportunity to take The Princeton Review (TPR) test prep courses at a discount of 50% through a new collaboration between Rowan University and TPR. The 2020-2021 discount is available for the following Princeton Review test prep courses: MCAT, LSAT, GRE, GMAT, and DAT.
