Observatory open houses are back in person! Join the Edelman Planetarium on September 23 from 8:30 - 10 pm in our observatory to gaze at the stars through our telescopes.

Internships & Opportunities
Cold Spring Harbor Lab Undergraduate Research Program Summer 2022
CSHL students learn the scientific process, technical methods and theoretical principles, and communicate their discoveries to other scientists. Approximately 20 students come to CSHL each summer for the 10-week program, living and working in the laboratory environment. Research at CSHL focuses on:

  • Molecular Biology & Cancer
  • Genetics & Genomics
  • Neuroscience
  • Plant Biology
  • Quantitative Biology

Current sophomores and juniors are eligible. Applications must be submitted online by January 15.
