Traveler's Stamp Caravan at Dromgoole's - with the debut of our very own
Dromgoole's Stamp!
- Traveler's will be supplying exclusive stamps, stickers, and other goodies for customizing Traveler's journals.
Sun. December 8, 12pm - 4pm:
Special Traveler's Event with TWO competitions at end of day:
- The first prize goes to the Traveler's journal with memorabilia from the most countries
- The second prize goes to the most aesthetically-pleasing notebook, as judged by Dillon

We started off the month strong with our Fountain Pen Day Event and Fountain Pen 101 Class (pictured at left), which had great attendance! We were really happy to see several families bring their kiddos, and we heard afterward that the kids had a great time and learned a lot. We're really proud of Dillon and the whole team who worked together to put this event together, and we hope everyone had as much fun as we did!
The next weekend, we hosted the world's first-ever "Binko" night, where we learned that no one but Dillon can distinguish Noodler's Black Bat from Noodler's Heart of Darkness. (And some of us in attendance suspected that even he was making it up, but we won't snitch...)
That day and the next, we were so happy to have John, Carol, and Bryce Gillette from Luxury Brands (Platinum, Noodler's, Colorverse, Benu, and Waldmann) visit us!

We also had Sheila Hopkins from Faber-Castell come through with a sneak preview of the Faber 2020 Pen of the Year (The Spartan) and a demonstration of Faber's Art and Calligraphy Supplies. And of course, David Oscarson dropped by from his home in St. Louis (or "Dromgoole's North," as he calls it) to show us his beautiful pens and to visit with good friends.

Thanks to everyone who came by to see us this month. We've had several customers mention that they drove from quite a ways away just to come see us, or scheduled a visit while seeing family in the area. We also are always amazed at the visitors we get on Dromgooles.com from all over the country and the world! We love knowing that our store is a destination for pen lovers, and we thank you for making it such a special place.
