What's New?

✨We recently rolled out a freshly updated look for our OASIS Online and Desktop platforms! The ultimate goal with OASIS One was to refresh and unify the systems making transitions smoother for our Hybrid users and more enjoyable all-around! Don't worry, core functionality and system processes remain the same - zero learning curve required. We are eager to hear customer feedback and continuing to better OASIS Sale Software.

OASIS Online Home Page

We've updated the look on the homepage and added a new search tool to quickly find and filter through your tiles! You'll also see a new conversations notification icon and updated background for the toolbar.

 

OASIS Desktop Home Page

Over in the desktop version, we've also updated the color and logo you'll find in the dashboard, but kept the layout and features true to their origins. You'll notice new icons on the toolbar that match what you'll find in the Online software.

 

New OASIS Online Search Interface

In each section of the Online version, we've given the search views a new look and moved the search tool over to the left, to match the toolbar!


You'll also notice new buttons at the bottom of the search bar with options to quickly access our Knowledge Base or contact our OASIS Support Team.


Get help when you need it from the click of a button or level-up your OASIS skills through our Knowledge base without ever leaving your OASIS!

 
 

Creating Tiles Just Got a Lot More Fun!

The all-new tile creation screen brings new life to the dashboard and allows team members to easily find and identify what their looking for. This enhanced section makes it easier to create and understand our various tiles so your live reporting gets even better!

Desktop Tips: Contact History

Did you know that OASIS Desktop has a Contact History CRM tool that allows you to track conversation history with individual contacts. With this tool, you can add new conversations, leave catalogs, and check out samples in one convenient location!

Coming in August: New Global Filters for Payments


The Payments section has been through a couple of filtering changes recently that change what pulls up when you scan for relevant invoices. Launching next month, users will experience a way to automatically filter out invoices that are closed or older than two years old. With these settings active, we hope you have an easier time finding the invoice you're looking for!


Available in the August Release for Desktop & Online:

  • Enables users to apply global settings that only show invoices not in a closed state and limit invoice search to two years in payments.
