A huge thank you to all the incredible volunteers from Wisconsin who helped hang hearts. Your dedication and hard work truly brought this project to life, and I’m so grateful for each of you!
Diana, Mario, Joelyn, Sandy, and Dave. (pictured). And to Tom, Ellen, Donna Mae, Al, and Terri (not pictured). Thanks again to each of you, from coast to coast for your time, energy, and enthusiasm. This project wouldn’t have been possible without you!
Top left - Veterans from the Chequamegon Veterans Center in Wisconsin. I (Christine) thanked them for their service and one Veteran said; "Thank you for being worth serving." Awe.....
Dale and his wife were delighted to receive a heart. So sweet!!! (seated on the bench)
The woman in the bottom row middle thanked Tom and Ellen as they hung hearts. She thanked them for what we were doing and said her son is a vet so this meant a lot to her. She quickly attached the heart from her zipper pull. Another Awe....
A BIG thank you to everyone who helped make the over 2K hearts!!
Gina. Christine, Theresa, Sharon, Cindy, Marie, Susie, Pam, Christine F., Sue, Shirley, Jennae, Courtney, Barbara, Esperanza, Ellen, Lisa, and Ruthie.
We’re so grateful to have had the opportunity to place our hearts in local stores next to their registers (and one bank) and for allowing customers to take part in spreading kindness. Their support in displaying them will truly helped us reach more people in our community.
A special shoutout goes to Birch 303 for their thoughtful donation of a knitted blanket. It was such a generous contribution and added an extra touch of warmth to our efforts.
Thanks to the Ashalnd Chamber of Commerce for allowing me to tell our story on the radio and for all their great articles about us.
Together, EVERYONE, we've created something truly special.

We couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you!
