President's Message

Happy New Year!

A world of possibilities lies ahead in 2026. I encourage you each to embrace your aspirations with renewed vigor. Whether you scale new professional heights, launch a dream project, or achieve a personal goal, your ambitions are achievable! Let 2026 be a year of action!

Last month I shared some of my favorite goal-setting templates that I find helpful in setting my goals for the new year. Now is the time to kick off the planning to make those goals a reality! I find positive affirmations to be a great way to set my intentions and take actions on my goals.

Remember to seek support and guidance from our incredible members at RSFBPW. We are here to network, uplift and empower one another.

Warmly,

Laine Klug

Shout-Outs and Testimonials

Time permitting, we end each meeting (January through October) with the opportunity to give shout outs and announcements; however, we always encourage you to send your friends a special email sharing your testimonial about the member you are highlighting. You can also post your Shout-Out on our RSFBPW Facebook page and on your own social media accounts.

Beware of Phishing Scams

Don't Take the Bait!

Please be aware that phishing scams are becoming more aggressive and elaborate. Members recently notified us that scammers are sending emails posing as Board Members to request money or information from members. These people comb business networking websites to get information and try to pose as members. RSFBPW will never solicit funds individually from members. The only fees associated with our association have a known protocol in place. Please block and report any suspicious activity right away. Thank you for helping to keep our members safe.

How to Recognize and Avoid Phishing Scams

Gentle Reminders

RSFBPW has an Anti-Spam Policy.

RSFBPW requires Business Attire and Etiquette at all meetings.

If you are interested in becoming a member of our women's Rancho Santa Fe, Business and Professional Women's Association, you must attend two meetings as a visitor, then apply for membership. We have 3 members per category, and if the category is not filled, you can submit the application to one of our board members for consideration. If the category is filled, we encourage you to continue to attend our meetings and network with our members. You can apply when the position opens. Any questions about membership, Contact our VP of Membership,Tammra Graves, at tammragraves@gmail.com or 760-434-6500.
