The staff have been instructed to obtain the names of any attendee who asks for a meal change at the meeting. They will be charged a second meal fee as we are charged by the club for all meals changed at the meeting.
Chicken Piccata
Chicken Piccata served in a White Wine, Lemon and Caper Sauce. Served with Buttermilk Whipped Potato and Seasonal Vegetable.
Salmon Quinoa Salad
Grilled Salmon, Quinoa, Arugula, Grape Tomatoes, Craisins, Almonds, Fennel Tossed in a Shallot Vinaigrette. Topped with a Drizzle of Basil Balsamic Glaze.
Wine Country Salad
Organic Mixed Greens, Brie Cheese, Fresh Grapes, Mandarin Oranges, Seasonal Berries, Red Onion, Sliced Almonds and Champagne Vinaigrette.
