CPP member Skanska reached out last week to report the April 16th theft of a Generac light tower from their job in Rancho Cucamonga. The unit's GPS had been reporting at a remote location in Pinion Hills, CA, where an employee later drove by and saw the unit. It was suspected that it was still at the location of the last GPS report.

CPP made contact with multiple Officers at the nearby CHP office and was eventually able to encourage a Patrol Officer to drive by the address and confirm the light plant was still in there.

Once confirmation was received, CPP reached out to a number of contacts to enlist assistance.

On Friday morning, Investigators from the SANCATT team in San Bernardino County, served a warrant on the property where they were able to recover the initial light tower as well as an additional one also owned by Skanska.

They also recovered a Honda dirt bike and an International flat bed truck owned by Penske. One individual was arrested.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE SANCATT CREW!!!
