CPP has confirmed
that the Powell Constructors
JCB skid steer, stolen on January 31st, has been recovered by Deputies with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

CPP is waiting to confirm that in addition to the recovered skid, Deputies also recovered a stolen truck, a trailer, and that two arrests were made.
