Thank you for supporting Your Downtown Parker by participating in the Downtown Business Alliance’s 2nd Annual Golf Tournament! We wouldn’t be able to put these events on and benefit Downtown Parker without you.

Here is all the important information for you as a Sponsor for the tournament. Please let us know if you have any questions.

We are playing the Lake & Valley Courses at the Pinery.

2 - GOLFERS INFORMATION:

Please reply to this email with ALL PLAYERS Names & Email Addresses so we can make sure communications about the event as well as cart assignments are handled.
3 - SWAG BAG OPPORTUNITIES:

As a Sponsor, we are giving you an opportunity to place your own items in the swag bags that each player will receive.

Items will be due to us (you can drop off at 19590 E Mainstreet suite 100-5) no later than Thursday June 16th.

Please make sure you have 125 bags worth of swag (we will return what is not used).
4 - SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENT:

Sponsors - please arrive between 7:30am - 7:45am for set up. We will have carts available for each sponsor to take items to your hole as well as volunteers to help you load & unload.

BREAKFAST & Set up / Check In – 7:30am to 8:30am
Thank You & Welcome Speech – 8:30am
Pledge of Allegiance & National Anthem – 8:35am
Core Electric Speech – 8:45am
TEE OFF Time – 9:00am
LUNCH – 2:00pm to 3:00pm
Lunch Presentation – 2:45pm
Awards – 3:00pm

5 - WHAT TO BRING:

We want to make sure you are prepared for your hole sponsorship. Below are the items we suggest bringing as there will be nothing at the hole except for your sponsor yard sign.
Suggestions on what to bring:
  • Shade Pop Up Tent & weights to hold down the tent
  • Table
  • Chairs
  • Cooler
  • Ice & Water for Yourself
  • Snacks for Yourself
  • Table Cloth
  • Your Own Banner
  • Music
  • Something engaging for the players
  • Information handouts about your business
  • Sunscreen
6 - LUNCH SPEAKING OPPORTUNITY:

During Lunch, each sponsor will have an opportunity to give your 30 second elevator pitch or to say a few words to everyone if you choose to about what your business is about.

7 - WHAT'S INCLUDED BY US FOR SPONSORS:

Don't worry, we have you covered on a lot of things. Here is what is being provided by us for you to help make this day a success.

  • Each Sponsor hole will have their own golf cart to keep at the hole for your use
  • Breakfast & Lunch for the Sponsors as well
  • Your Logo on our banners at the sign in station as well as the lunch area
  • Swag Bags with your business logo printed on them
  • Downtown Business Alliance volunteers on site throughout the day for support
  • Omar & Brandi from the DBA on call for any additional support
  • Yard Sponsor sign at each hole with your business logo
