Focus on Electrification: A Streamlined Rebate Suite from RMLD

RMLD rebate changes are ahead. RMLD is working to streamline and focus our rebate program while continuing to offer our customers electrification incentives. Changes will include retiring several rebate classes, such as yard equipment and appliances, and adding rebates for load management devices and expanding our heat pump rebate scope. Current rebates will be active for applications submitted through December 20, 2024. New and expanded rebates will be available January 1, 2025.

Details will be continually updated at rmld.com/rebates.

Get Energy Assistance

The Massachusetts Good Neighbor Energy Fund (GNEF) provides energy assistance to hundreds-of-thousands of residents in temporary crisis who are struggling to pay their energy bills and do not qualify for federal or state energy funds. RMLD is a supporter of this important resource. If you are experiencing hardship and think you may be eligible visit the GNEF website to see if you qualify and to apply for assistance.

The GM's Corner

Good Morning RMLD, Customers,

The energy market is changing massively but our core mission remains consistent, delivering reliable, low-cost, and increasingly non-carbon energy, and we are excelling on all three elements. We realize that your daily lives depend on the RMLD team "Serving With Excellence".

RMLD has much planned for 2025 and into 2026, including large projects such as Station 6 construction, and smaller improvements such as revised incentives.

The newsletter marks a renewed emphasis to keep you informed on energy management, safety, and key RMLD activities.

Please enjoy this holiday season.

With Appreciation and Dedication,

Gregory J. Phipps, General Manager
