The event, held at seven separate locations on seven different dates, will be a day of learning and networking for county and municipal employees. Sponsored by the County Mutual & Community Insurance Corporation, Highway Safety Days will include training from industry leaders and will provide solutions to the hazards you face.

There is no cost for County Mutual/CIC members to attend. Non-Members may attend for a fee of $100/per person.

  • Hazard recognition and avoidance (2)/ Summary and review (1hr)
  • Overcoming the Stress Impact following an Injury or Health-related Incident on the Job (1hr)
  • Everyday Ergonomics (1hr)

Participants qualify for 7.5 hours of MSHA Part 46 Annual Refresher Training. MSHA cards will be distributed on the day of training. 

Please note: Counties and municipalities must add WCMIC as a Trainer to their MSHA training plan.

A hearing van will be on-site to conduct annual audiograms.
