Are Democrats Running the Texas House? Steps to Electing Strong Conservatives in the Primary
The recently ended 88th Texas Legislative Session has Texans questioning who is running the Texas House - the Republican majority or the Democrat minority? The March Primary Election is an opportunity for voters to elect strong Conservatives and kick the RINOs out of the Texas House! The first step is to research the candidates and then support those who will support your values instead of special-interest groups or their own desire to cling to power.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY
Join Us Tomorrow at the East Montgomery County Town Hall Meeting!
The Montgomery County Republican Party will host a Town Hall Meeting in New Caney on August 24 at 6:30 pm, focused on East Montgomery County law enforcement issues surfacing as a result of the “Colony Ridge” or “Colonias” community.

According to Todd Bensman, Fellow with the Center for Immigration Studies, Colony Ridge is considered by many to be the “largest illegal alien community in America.” Texas Scorecard reports that “Colony Ridge is known for its dealings and associations with Gulf and Sinaloa cartels” and that the “massive influx of children” is putting extreme pressure on local school districts.

Town Hall Panel
Panelists will include Montgomery County Precinct 4 Commissioner Matt Gray, Texas Representative Steve Toth, Sheriff Rand Henderson or a representative, Constable Rowdy Hayden, Victoria Thornton from the office of JP-4 Judge Jason Dunn, and Walter West. Local Precinct Chairs will be on hand before the event to meet you and answer your election-related questions.
Faith and Action: It's How We Roll!
Tyler, Texas, August 18, 2023, was the scene of Grassroots AmericaWe the People’s 2023 Champions of Freedom Dinner. Conservative Activists from around the state were recognized for their perseverance and dedication to the conservative cause. The Montgomery County Freedom Caucus and Montgomery County Republican Party had the largest representation at the event with 16 people in attendance. The meeting featured a panel discussion by U.S. House Freedom Caucus members: Texas U.S. House Representative Chip Roy (TX-21), Freedom Caucus Chair and Pennsylvania U.S. House Representative Scott Perry (PA-10), and Arizona U.S. House Representative Eli Crane (AZ-2).
Conservative Leadership Awards
Freedom Caucus Awards
At the Grassroots America–We the People event, the Montgomery County Freedom Caucus presented Conservative Leadership Awards to State Republican Executive Committee (SREC) members Dale Inman and Gwen Withrow for their tireless efforts to promote Conservatism within the State Republican Party leadership, as well as for their work within Montgomery County and Senatorial District 4. Withrow is also a member of the State Republican Party Officials Committee, and both Inman and Withrow serve as Republican Precinct Chairs in Montgomery County.

"It’s important to acknowledge exceptional efforts in our Republican Representatives," said Wendy Yockey, Montgomery County Freedom Caucus President. "Dale Inman and Gwen Withrow exhibit the highest level of exceptionalism. Their actions make it clear that they understand that without the grassroots, there is no Republican Party."
SREC District 4 Award
Later in the evening, SREC members Dale Inman and Gwen Withrow recognized Montgomery County Republican Party Vice Chairman Jon Bouché with the 2023 Senate District 4 Conservative Leadership Award.

Inman stated, “It has been an honor and privilege to work alongside Jon Bouché. With the current gap in party leadership, Jon has stepped up to fill this gap with humility and hard work. He has held 65 of the 111 precinct chairs together in spite of leftist and establishment attacks. Jon is getting party business accomplished, and that is truly remarkable.”
Larry Rogers serves in The Woodlands Precinct 75 between College Park Dr. and FM 1488. He enjoys having a voice in the local Republican Party and encourages Conservatives to get involved! He and his wife, Suzanne, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on November 3, and have five children, 14 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Read More »

Conservative School Board Members Under Fire
Conservative school board members in Montgomery County are being persecuted for exposing pornographic library books and the indoctrination of children in our schools.

Most recently, ABC 13 ran an August 10 story insinuating that Conroe ISD Board Member, Melissa Dungan, was offended by “a poster showing hands of people of different races.” In reality, Dungan was speaking out against the racism promoted by Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs.

State Rep. Steve Toth (HD 15) told the Montgomery County Republican Party that DEI is creating division in our schools. “Melissa Dungan was courageous enough to call out these ideology posters at CISD. These Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion “Safe Spaces” have done more to divide America in the last 50 years than anything else,” said Toth.
Ask Magnolia ISD to stop using taxpayer money to fund the IB Program
Magnolia ISD is the only Montgomery County school district currently offering the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program to students. IB is a non-governmental organization of the United Nations Education Scientific Cultural Organization (UNESCO). IB philosophy is shaped around liberal humanist thought in order to create secular, “internationally minded,” global citizens, diminishing America and instilling global sovereignty in the minds of students. The program also promotes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and the redistribution of wealth.

Despite the fact that Magnolia ISD School Board Trustees are all voting Republicans, they have refused to remove IB from Magnolia schools. We the taxpayers are ultimately funding our own demise by indoctrinating students with this liberal program.

Harry Hardman, City of Conroe Councilman, Place 3
Harry Hardman has been in office since June 2022. He says that his number one goal is to leave Conroe in much better financial condition by working to establish best practices and procedures, allowing the city to grow within its means, while still serving the needs of citizens. Facing the challenges of “hypergrowth,” Hardman states, “We will need to be creative in how we fund major Capital Improvement Projects for citizens in Conroe to travel on safe, reliable streets with manageable traffic.”

Honoring Representatives Toth and Bell for Voting Against Attorney General Paxton Impeachment
On August 14, the Montgomery County Republican Party County Executive Committee (CEC) passed a resolution by unanimous vote honoring Texas Representatives Steve Toth (HD 15) and Cecil Bell (HD 3) for voting against the impeachment of Attorney General Paxton.

The resolution expressed the Party’s appreciation and gratitude to Representatives Toth and Bell for “their respect to the voters of Montgomery County who have already litigated these allegations through three election cycles and for their respect for due process granted in our Constitution and the protections granted therein.”

Representative Toth was on hand to accept the commendation and said, “What is happening to Ken Paxton is a complete miscarriage of justice. Please stand with Attorney General Paxton and pray for him and his wife, Angela.”
