ELECTION EDITION - OCTOBER 2024 | |
Early Voting Starts Monday!
A Message From County Chair Gwen Withrow
|
As the largest block of Republican voters in Texas, we in Montgomery County have a special responsibility to turn out the vote. We must deliver Texas for Donald Trump and make sure Ted Cruz is returned to represent us in the Senate. This is it! October is here and Early Voting starts on Monday.
MAKE IT TOO BIG TO RIG!
As we've seen with the Democrats' past efforts on Election Day to stop Republicans from voting, not to mention the recent hurricanes and unexpected events, we know things can happen on Election Day to keep people from casting their vote. President Trump is asking us to vote early to make this election TOO BIG TO RIG.
2020 WAS CLOSE IN TEXAS
The 2020 Presidential Election was closer in Texas than many people realize: Trump took only 52.1% of the vote to Biden's 46.5%. We must use every tool in our arsenal to offset the influx from leftist blue states, unlawful votes from illegals, and election integrity issues.
MAKE A PLAN TO VOTE
Whether you decide to vote early or on Election Day, make a plan for when you will vote and take friends with you! Montgomery County residents can even get a ride to the polls during Early Voting! We can't afford to sit this one out. We must pray fervently and we must take action to turn out the Republican vote as we have never seen before!

A Call to Arms!
We need arms, lots of arms, to hand out our 85,000 voter guides in parking lots during Early Voting and 15,000 more on Election Day.
Many people correctly assume that Montgomery County, being one of the reddest counties in the state, will remain red. But the problem with that is we have to help overcome the liberal vote from our neighbors to the south in Democrat-run Harris County and other liberal big cities across the state.
While some of our fellow citizens are familiar with down-ballot races, most are not. It’s staggering the numbers of voters who aren’t. That’s why we need YOU at the polls working outside, handing out the Official Montgomery County Republican Party Voter Guide. It will assist those voters who aren’t familiar with down-ballot races to help get ALL Republicans elected.
So please, if you haven't already, click the button below to sign up to help hand out voter guides in parking lots. For those who work full time, next weekend may be ideal for you. Or perhaps you can volunteer during your lunch hour to give those who are already working a full day some time off for lunch.
John Adams wrote, “Posterity! You will never know how much it cost the present generation to preserve your freedom! I hope you will make a good use of it. If you do not, I shall repent in heaven that I ever took half the pains to preserve it.”

Trick-or-Treat Politics: Who’s REALLY Rapping at Your Chamber Door?
Halloween is upon us and soon the neighborhoods will be filled with masked trick-or-treaters knocking on doors. But this is also election season, when someone else may come rapping on your door, and they too will be in disguise. Instead of asking for a treat, that masked visitor will be asking for your vote. Indeed, this is the time of year when Democrats and Progressives masquerade as Republicans and Conservatives to try to con their way into office. It is imperative that voters be aware of who is hiding behind the mask!

What Your Neighbors Are Saying About This Election
Since opening our new headquarters in August, we have seen hundreds of our friends and neighbors stopping by to pick up yard signs, voter guides, and campaign material. It has been an extraordinary few months! The people have been so friendly and pleasant to talk to; however, they all have one major thing in common. They all are concerned about the state of our country, the coming election, and President Trump’s safety.

Ted Cruz Blasts His Democrat Opponent's "Radical and Extreme" Record During Debate
In a debate on October 15th, Senator Ted Cruz hammered his radical leftist opponent, Representative Colin Allred, over issues ranging from open borders to protecting girls' and women's sports.
Rep. Allred lied repeatedly during the debate, at one time stating, "I'm a Christian, of course I don't support these ridiculous things." But Senator Cruz brought the receipts, using Allred's own voting record to call him out.

A Message From Texas GOP Chair Abraham George
One thing is clear as I travel across this great state and meet with Texans: they are fed up with the Biden-Harris policies. They are fired up and they are ready to take their country back!
If you have not yet seen Kamala’s Fox News Interview with Bret Baier, you probably can guess how it went down. For the first time in her running, she finally had to hear the questions that Americans need the answers to. We are still waiting on those answers because all she did was dodge the questions, blame Trump, and regurgitate her memorized talking points.
We must get behind EVERY Republican candidate. Vote Republican down the ballot to defend Texas and save America. I encourage everyone to pray for our nation.
