Bring your bike (s) and join us for this month's 6- to 8-mile leisurely one-hour ride. Steve Schlegel of Schlegel Inspections, develops the route and announces before departure. Lights and helmets are needed. There will be t-shirts and water bottles for sale. A $5 donation is suggested.
June's full moon is commonly known as the strawberry moon, a name that comes from the Algonquin Native American tribe in the northeastern U.S. and eastern Canada and refers to the region's strawberry harvesting season. (NPR)
