This is your final opportunity to make changes to your fall schedule. The add/drop period ends on September 8th, so check Student Admin now to make sure your schedule is just right. A well-balanced schedule is key to a great semester!

Tippie College of Business National Impact Case Competition
Are you interested in being one of four students (only two spots are available for seniors) to join the team representing UConn at the Tippie College of Business National Impact Case Competition taking place October 31st – November 1st?

Are you passionate about helping first-year business students succeed? As a BCLC Mentor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the experience of our Business Connections Learning Community by supporting UNIV instructors, leading class activities, and guiding BCLC students through their first year.
This is a great opportunity to:
- Build leadership experience
- Strengthen your communication and mentoring skills
- Make an impact on Stamford BCLC first-year students
- Boost your resume with a meaningful on-campus role
Job Description:
- Assist UNIV instructors in the preparation and facilitation of classes
- Grade and assist with Husky CT. Keep track of student assignments
- Lead in class activities and at times and help to create lesson plans
- Attend assigned FYE classes each week to support instructors in class for both Fall and Spring terms (Wednesdays)
- Offer office hours as needed
- Complete small tasks or projects that support UNIV course population as assigned
- $16.50/hour, 5-7 hours per week
Job Requirements:
- Must be a UConn Stamford undergraduate Business student for both Fall and Spring terms - rising second year, junior, or senior
- Must have clear understanding of the BCLC and its' requirements (ideally a current or former BCLC member
- Can work autonomously
- Creative, self-motivated, and organized
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

UConn Stamford's CASE is open to assist students with a range of services including tutoring in Biology, Computer Science & Engineering, Quantitative courses (including math, chemistry, physics, and statistics), Psychology, and Writing courses. All Located in Room 260 in the second floor of the library, the center is open for drop ins and provides free tutoring. There are also virtual options for some subjects.
