What's New Review

May 2023

Construction is underway!

Things are finally moving and shaking at Stepping Stones as progress continues on the new 20-bed emergency shelter. Excavation is complete, the concrete framework is in place and currently, the plumbing is being laid. We hope to start pouring concrete within the next 2 weeks! Thank you (so far) to the following companies who are part of this amazing project -

Cedar Falls Building Systems, Inc - General Contractor

SSG (Skid Steer Guy) - Demolition

C.R. Bryan & Sons - Earthwork/Excavation

Halverson Brothers - Plumbing

Midwest Ag & Commercial Contractors - Building Concrete

New Emergency Shelter Campaign

We received a substantial grant from the State of Wisconsin, but after construction costs came into focus, knew this wouldn't be enough for interior supplies.

Our 20-bed emergency shelter will provide a critical lifeline to those in need, offering a warm and secure place to sleep, hot meals, and supportive services to help individuals get back on their feet.
