Texas Trade Associations

In addition to representing nonsubscriber employers and service providers before legislative and regulatory bodies in Austin and Washington, DC, ARAWC is the source of information for Austin-based trade associations and business groups on developments regarding Texas injury benefit plans.

This past month, ARAWC met with numerous business groups to talk about legislative/regulatory and industry developments affecting nonsubscription. Meetings included (among others) discussions with the Texas Association of Business, the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association, the Texas Retailers Association, the National Federation of Independent Business, the Insurance Council of Texas, the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

Below are two pictures from those meetings. Let us know if you would like ARAWC to provide similar briefings to trade associations where your company is a member.
