noma County - Up about 4% with Single Family Homes now averaging $1,029,000 and condo/townhouses now at $509,000.

Petaluma - Up about 13% with Single Family Homes now averaging $1,036,000 and condo/townhouses now at $764,000.

Rohnert Park / Cotati - Up almost 13% with Single Family Homes now averaging $799,000 and condo/townhouses now at $493,000.

Santa Rosa - Up about 6% with Single Family Homes now averaging $900,000 and condo/townhouses now at $413,000.

Windsor - Down about 7% with Single Family Homes now averaging $890,000 and condo/townhouses now at $653,000.

Sebastopol - Down about 10% with Single Family Homes now averaging $1,148,000 and condo/townhouses now at $442,000.
