Message from Community Manager

🍂 Welcome, September!

As we welcome September and the beginning of a new season, we’re excited to share the latest community updates, reminders, and upcoming events happening around La Cima.

From neighborhood gatherings and social activities to important community reminders and HOA updates, there’s plenty happening this month. We encourage you to take a moment to review the information below and mark your calendars for events you won’t want to miss.

Unclaimed Trash Bin

Following the recent storms, an unclaimed trash bin remains near the Emergency Access Gate on Carolina Jasmine.

If you are missing a trash bin, please stop by the area and check to see if it belongs to you. Thank you for helping us return the bin to its rightful home.

⛳ Reminder: Golfing in Open Green Spaces Is Not Permitted

For the safety of our residents and surrounding homes, golfing in the community’s open green spaces is not permitted.

Golf balls can travel unexpectedly and may pose a serious risk to nearby homes, vehicles, windows, and pedestrians. We want to help prevent property damage and ensure everyone in our community remains safe. Please use local designated golf courses and practice facilities for golfing activities.

🚨 Safety Reminder: Report Reckless Driving

We have received reports of a bright green vehicle doing donuts in the greenspace off Centerpoint just after Central Park Loop. This type of reckless driving is a safety concern and can cause damage to common areas and nearby property.

If you witness a vehicle doing donuts or engaging in reckless driving in any common area, please report the incident directly to the police so law enforcement can address and enforce the issue. If safely observed, please provide the location, time, vehicle description, and license plate number. Do not confront the driver. Thank you for helping us protect our neighbors and their property while keeping La Cima a safe and enjoyable community for everyone!

📢 HOA Assessment Reminder

A friendly reminder that the next La Cima Master Community HOA assessment is due October 1, 2026, in the amount of $195.

Assessments are billed quarterly and are due January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

If you have an automatic payment scheduled, please confirm that your payment amount is set to $195 to ensure your assessment is paid in full and on time. Payments can be made through TownSq, by bank bill pay, or by mail. Homeowners may also opt in to electronic statements through Goodwin & Company. https://goodwin-co.com/estatements/

Thank you for doing your part to help make La Cima a wonderful place to live. We appreciate your continued cooperation and support in keeping our community safe, clean, and welcoming for all.

💜 Thank You, La Cima!

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful residents of La Cima for your incredible generosity and support of the Hays County Women’s Shelter!

Thanks to your donations, we were able to deliver two truckloads of much-needed items to the shelter. The team at the Women’s Shelter was extremely grateful for the generosity of our community and the impact your donations will have on the individuals and families they serve.

La Cima staff will continue collecting and delivering donations as long as homeowners continue to drop them off at the Amenity Center!

What a wonderful way to come together as a community and make a positive impact in the community where we live and work!

Thank you for helping make La Cima a community that cares. 💜
