Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of Baltimore’s only endurance event that gives you the chance to see the city by land AND by sea!

Forget the swim though -- let’s sail or kayak in addition to the bike and run legs! This will not be a timed event - it is purely for fun and there will be a participation-based poker-style competition for awards.

Come on out to help the DSC raise money to support our Youth Outreach and Accessible Sailing programs! We're seeking people of all ages and abilities to join in on the fun.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! And you don't need to be a member of the DSC either! This is a family-friendly event and we hope you'll join us!

Sign up to do the whole race OR organize a relay team.

*The DSC will provide access dinghy sailboats, kayaks/paddles, and life jackets for the event. Participants may choose whether they prefer to sail or kayak - and volunteers will be on-hand to help participants board boats and answer questions.

The three race legs are as follows:

  • 4 mile bike ride through Fort McHenry (helmet required - you must bring your own)
  • 2.4 mile run/walk to the Inner Harbor
  • Around-the-buoy sail/kayak (provided life jackets MUST be worn by all participants)

Schedule of events:

  • 7:30am : Registration
  • 8:00am : Race Start
  • Upon finishing, join the After Party under the DSC Pavilion
  • 10:30am : Presentation of Awards

There will also be a silent auction held in coordination with this event.

We are collecting donations of all shapes and sizes for the auction. We encourage you to get creative and consider donating. Do you know a local business who may donate something? Are you willing to share your sailing skills with others? Click HERE to donate an item or experience.

WANT TO HELP? Sign-up as a volunteer!

Thanks in advance for your support, we hope to see you at YGT!
