For the third year in a row, Distroller opened their doors early for Miracle Babies and NICU grads to shop and adopt. It's a great opportunity for previous families we have funded to meet other families who have gone through very similar situations. We love the atmosphere Distroller brings to these families. Thank you  Distroller USA  for hosting Miracle Babies on NICU Giving Day!

In honor of NICU Awareness Month, Miracle Babies delivered 262 care packages to 13 hospitals. A big thank you to Sundt, AMN, NCL, staff and all the volunteers who made this happen!
Our Online Auction is LIVE!
Miracle Babies founder, Dr. Sean Daneshmand, enjoyed two of his greatest passions on NICU Awareness Day: NICU families, and coffee. Miracle Babies families, supporters and volunteers stopped in at Parakeet Cafe in Del Mar to enjoy coffee with our founder. Everyone who attended is extremely grateful for his vision in supporting families with hospitalized newborns.

Thanks to our generous supporters, Miracle Babies had this impact in September 2019:

  • $19,000 awarded to 49 families in need in San Diego and Orange County. By removing financial barriers and providing key resources during the weeks following a child’s birth, we have the potential to positively impact health outcomes for an entire generation of children!

  • 60+ parents participated in 7 hosted “Miracle Hours”.  Parents enjoyed a meal, participated in crafts, and most importantly, escaped the isolation of the NICU – if only for any hour.

  • 262 care packages were delivered to 13 hospitals. These packages were delivered to parents with babies in the NICU, regardless of need. These packages contain contents intended to support parents who spend considerable time in the NICU breastfeeding and providing “kangaroo care”.
If you are interested in volunteering or making an in-kind donation, please contact info@miraclebabies.org .
