Lead gen idea:

Drive potential clients to your website by using Lofty's Social Studio to make social media posts. You can schedule the content to post later or post immediately.

If a person registers on your website, they will be added to your CRM as your personal lead (SOI).

Paperless Pipeline Tips

Time-saving tip:

You can email completed docs directly into your Paperless Pipeline transaction from DocuSign.

In Paperless Pipeline, each transaction has a unique email address. It is located at the top under the transaction name (which should be the full property address).

In DocuSign, you can add Paperless Pipeline as a recipient using the unique transaction email address. Be sure to set Paperless Pipeline as the last recipient in the signing order, and change the field "Needs to Sign" to "cc Receives a Copy".
