Evening Coaching / Training

We have received requests for training & coaching events in the evening hours, so...

Beginning in August (and in the months to follow), our coach, MaryLou Dingman, has graciously offered her time 2 evenings per month to lead business-building trainings & coaching sessions in conjunction with our partnership with The Locker Room.

Monthly schedule

Week 1: Monday at 1:00 PM – Lead Gen exercises

Week 2: Monday at 7:00 PM – Lead Gen exercises (repeat of Week 1)

Week 3: Monday at 1:00 PM – Topic of the Month

Week 4: Monday at 7:00 PM – Topic of the Month (repeat of Week 3)

Feel free to join both the afternoon & evening sessions since conversations & input from participating agents may vary.

Headshots

Springer Realty Group - discount $50 off

On Monday, Aug 4th, we have photographer Dan O'Connor coming to the Limerick Office to do headshots from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

He is offering a special of $50 off his regular rate for SRG Agents, so instead of $150, your rate would be $100 for a Professional Headshot.

One image is edited, retouched, and delivered via Dropbox after payment.

In-Person Events

You asked for it, and we are listening!

Based on the survey we conducted at the beginning of the year, your feedback asked for more in-person training events. We have tried this in the past with minimal participation, but we are willing to try again on a trial basis. If engagement is high, we will continue to offer more in-person opportunities and rotate to different offices.

The first trial event will be an in-person Agent Mastermind. Snacks will be provided.

Location: SRG Limerick Office

Date: Monday, Aug 4th (next Monday) starting at noon

Timeline:

12:00 - 1:00 Lead Gen ideas & discussion, CRM/Lofty training/Q & A

1:00 - 2:00 Mystery Lead Gen activity led by our coach, MaryLou Dingman, via Zoom

The second trial event will also be an in-person Agent Mastermind. Snacks will be provided.
