Giving Back: Adopt a Family

 In the spirit of the season, we offer a way to give back to our community. 

This effort is spearheaded by our agent Chris Berkowitz

in conjunction with our ACTION Team.  

Per Chris, last year, "Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and local donors, we were able to assist nearly 50 families, over 100 students, 127 babies under 2 years old, and 160 single mothers. With rising rent and food costs, we anticipate even more requests this year and need your support to make a meaningful impact."

Office Updates

Lehigh Valley Office

Effective Jan 1st, we will be using the Regus conference room

for closings & client meetings. We will not have a private office.

To reserve the shared conference room, please email: Saucon.ValleyPlaza@regus.com.

Regus charges for the conference room, and Springer will cover the cost.

Wyomissing Office renovations

Our side of the space will be closed the entire week of 12/15.



• The flooring will be 12/15 to 12/18
• On 12/18 & 12/19 painting starts in the areas that have new carpet
• The week of 12/29 will be spent completing the paint
• The kitchen will be closed for three or four days the week of 12/15

It's that time of year again. Associations are sending out their 2026 bills.

Please check your inbox for your association bill & pay it on time.

Membership in a local association for each state where you are licensed

is a NAR requirement; it's not optional.

Continuing Education & License Renewals

All CE, including required courses, must be completed before the renewal date.
