IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE TREVOSE, PA office:
As of March 1st, 2024, our lease for the Trevose office was
set to renew. We considered multiple factors in deciding
whether to continue the lease or terminate the contract including
incoming office revenue vs. outgoing expenses. Unfortunately,
at this point, it did make the most sense to not renew our lease,
effectively closing the Trevose office.
Having said this, there is good news. Until it makes financial
sense to re-open in the area (which we are completely open to
doing again if the revenue justifies the cost), we do want our
agents in the NE Philly / Bucks County areas to have a clean,
professional meeting space available to them to conduct business.
So, we have worked a deal at the same office location and they
will allow us to book their private conference room on an
as-needed basis. SRG will cover the expense for the first
5 total hours used in any given month and any agent that
needs the conference room beyond those 5 combined
hours will need to cover the expense (less than $50/hour).

It is available 8:30-5:00 M-F. You must be out before 5:00.

Key return: For any agent who has a key fob for after-hours access
at the Trevose office, all keys and key fobs need to be returned to Tami at the reception desk. Please drop them off M-F 8:30-5:00.
There will be no reimbursement for returning them.
