Continuing Education Certificates

Please upload all of your CE Certificates into

your Agent File in Paperless Pipeline.

Use the Permission Category "Private".

Reminder:

-In PA, there is a mandatory requirement that a minimum of 3 (three) hours of the required 14 hours of continuing education must be taken in a topic that covers the responsibilities of the broker and the responsibilities of their licensees in regard to property management, advertising, and general supervision which would include, but not be limited to, commissions and fees.

-In PA, new licensees who are renewing for the first time are exempt from this one-time requirement but are still required to complete the mandatory courses for new licensees.

-National Association of REALTORS® requires 2 ½ hours of Code of Ethics training every 3 years (next deadline December 31, 2024).
