IMPORTANT REMINDER: Starting Oct. 1st

New Invoicing & Payment Options

Agents, check your email for updates on Invoicing, Payments

and Autopay which are beginning on October 1st.

We want to make you aware of the AutoPay feature that's available

with your invoices. See below for steps and images for a walkthrough:

• Step 1 - Look for your Invoice emailed from Quickbooks on the 1^st of the Month (sender is quickbooks@notification.intuit.com). If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
• Step 2 - Click "Review and Pay" in Email Invoice.
• Step 3 - Fill in details under "Debit, Credit or Bank". "Debit, Credit" will only be seen if enabled. Otherwise, "Bank" shows as the only option. If you would like to pay by credit card, send me an email so I can enable this feature. A 3% fee will apply.
• Step 4 - Check "Autopay" box if you plan to turn this feature on.  We recommend this feature.
• Step 5 - Click "AutoPay or Pay" button to send payment.
• Notes:
• Anyone that previously used AutoPay will need to set it up again due to updating invoices.
• Any credit on your account will be applied toward the new invoice. It will show as "paid" when you receive the email thru Quickbooks.

NOTICE: Regus Security Protocol

New Security Policy - Effective Immediately

This notice affects our EXTON, BLUE BELL, and CHADDS FORD locations.

You may find the doors to the Regus Office Center locked,

even during business hours. 

If they are locked, you can gain access Monday through Friday

from 9:00am-1:00pm and 2:00pm-5:00pm, by calling the phone

number posted outside of the Regus doors. There will also be a

phone located on the wall outside of the Regus locked doors.

✅ Once you identify yourself as a Springer Realty Group Agent,

they will unlock the door for you.

Note:

The Regus staff will be out to lunch between 1:00-2:00.  

🚫No access is available during their lunch break,

so plan your arrival accordingly.

We appreciate that Regus is looking out for the safety of

our agents as users of their shared office space. 

 REALTOR® Association Renewal Notice

Membership in a REALTOR® association is mandatory.  Please do not

let your membership lapse. They impose stiff fines for reinstatement,

and it will put your license in jeopardy.

Most REALTOR® association annual membership renewals will be

due soon. Please contact your association for details.

Specifically, Tri-County Suburban REALTOR® members are invoiced

for their membership dues in early October. There is no automatic bill

pay for membership dues from the previous year, so beginning on

October 2nd, members can pay via the online portal or call

Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® at 610-560-4800 to pay dues.
