UPDATE: Unfortunately, due to transitions and timing, we missed the deadline to reserve a synod table at this year’s Pride Fest in Denver. While we're disappointed not to have a physical presence at the event, we want to celebrate and support our LGBTQIA+ community throughout Pride Month.
We invite all congregations to share your upcoming Pride-related events, worship services, and celebrations with us so we can help spread the word and uplift the work you’re doing. Our goal, as much as possible, is to have synod representatives present with you for these events. We look forward to continuing to show up with love, joy, and solidarity—this month and always.
Next week’s eConnection will kick off Pride Month with a special focus on inclusion and celebration. Bishop Meghan Johnston Aelabouni will share a video message featuring updates from the Synod Assembly, including the resolutions passed in continued support of our LGBTQIA+ siblings in Christ.
