Just a little SOGOS tip. When entering notes in your ticket's description, you should ALWAYS add your notes to the top of the description. This way you can be sure whoever is looking at it will see the latest entries. This is very important when ordering software or updating IDK notes. Then when you look back at your ticket for updates you should also see notes from others.
NEW Microsoft Teams Training Group. Did you happen to see an invite come through for a Microsoft Teams group? We have a "Training Team" that I hope I got everyone added too. In there will be past Tech Tips, training videos, technical docs and HOT tech info. I'm trying to gather things to make it just a little easier to find. Feel free to check it out and strike up a conversation or use the HELP channel to pose a question and get an answer. (Of course, this will only work if people are looking at it.)
