Spring Food Drive Nearing Completion

This Sunday will be the last day of our three-week spring food drive for the Northside Common Ministries’ food pantry.

The pantry is in particular need of the following items. Please buy regular sized, non-glass containers only:

  peanut butter       pasta sauce    soup (condensed or hearty)

any canned or boxed non-perishables



 laundry detergent       paper towels              bathroom tissue

And, of course: monetary donations. These can be either cash or checks, which should be made payable to “Northmont UPC” with “NCM Food Pantry” in the memo line.

Please place items in the library across from the office by the end of Sunday, May 26th.

With the cost of food escalating so quickly, the lines at the pantry are the longest in recent memory, so the items you contribute have never been more welcome.

Women’s Bible Study

Women’s Bible Study welcomes all Northmont women and friends. Lessons are from the Horizons Series, Sacred Encounters: The Power and Presence of Jesus Christ in Luke-Acts. Women enjoy fellowship and study led by Melody Hannegan in the Berean Room.

Schedule for the remaining lessons of the Series:

June – Tuesday, June 4 at 1:00 pm

A new Study Series begins in September.
