April 17, 2020
Dear Families of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School,

Five weeks of distance learning are complete! You have done a phenomenal job partnering with our teachers and administration to allow us to continue to provide an excellent education consistent with our mission emphasizing education of the whole child while modeling ourselves after Jesus Christ. As I review progress reports for this final quarter, I am blown away by the work and growth our students continue to show even despite these challenging and unexpected circumstances. Thank you for working with us to make this happen.

As you know, a huge part to the success of Catholic education is fundraising. Tuition covers all the necessities: salaries, facilities, utilities, materials, etc. The generosity of our stakeholders through fundraising allows the extras we are so grateful for which make us unique: the latest in technology, enrichment programs, learning support, our STREAM initiatives, an extensive elective program, our special days, and so much more. Tomorrow, we will wrap up our online silent auction and have our first ever virtual live auction. We know times are hard for many of us. If you are able to participate and help our school while also gaining some awesome items, please do so. Please join the live-stream, share the silent auction link with friends or buy an extra raffle ticket if possible. Please pray for the continued protection of our students, our families, our faculty and staff, our parish, and all those committed to the success of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School.

Only by His Grace,

Veronica Tucker
Principal

Thank you for the prayers for our teacher. Our teacher is now home and fully recovered…back to distance learning and grading papers. We are so grateful to God, the Ultimate Healer, for leading our teacher back to health and back to serving our community

RAISE THE PADDLE
RAISE THE PADDLE
Please help us and  Raise the Paddle for new flexible seating options in our classrooms! We are an active, enthusiastic, and diverse school. We use mindful movement breaks during the day to help us refocus, re-energize, or even to relax. However, we recognize that when students have work space variety in the classroom they are empowered to find the place where they can be the most comfortable, engaged, and productive learners.  Raise the Paddle proceeds will allow teachers to choose flexible seating options that will provide the best classroom learning experience for our students.
Please consider donating to our Raise the Paddle and transform not only classrooms, but lives through education.

Beginning April 18, all DONATIONS made at:  staopcs.givesmart.com will be directed towards Raise the Paddle and this project!
DATES TO NOTE:
SCHOOL CLOSED UNTIL MAY 4TH.
