Dear Families of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School,

This weekend, our students will enjoy a well-deserved five days off as they prepare for the second half of our third quarter. While students enjoy Monday off, all teachers and administrators will attend a Day of Prayer and Reflection at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. This day consists of Mass, presentations by Fr. Ricardo Arriola and Fr. Miguel Solorzano, meditation, and Adoration. Many of you may not realize that our teachers go above and beyond --- always growing in their knowledge of best practices in the classroom as well as in their knowledge of the Catholic faith. In addition to being certified teachers, our teachers are certified catechists. All teachers and administrators must earn their catechist certification which requires over 150 hours of coursework through the Archdiocese. Once this is attained, at least 10 hours of catechist courses must be earned each year. This is in addition to the minimum of 8 hours they must earn towards professional growth in the area of education. I am so grateful that our teachers work so diligently to complete these extra hours and have accepted the call to serve at our school.

SINGLE BID VS. AUTO-BID: A single bid can be placed as a one-time bid for any amount. An auto-bid can be placed and set at the maximum amount you are willing to spend.
