February 28, 2020
Dear Parents of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School,

I am happy to share with you our 2020-2021 academic calendar. Like this year, our schedule this upcoming year is based on minutes rather than days. This allows us to enjoy some additional family time during our Christmas and Easter breaks as well as completing the year before Memorial Day. In addition to our breaks and holidays, please make note of these noon dismissal days:

  • First day of School – August 12th
  • International Day – October 16th
  • Grandparents’ Day – November 20th
  • Day before Christmas Break – December 17th
  • Go Texan Day – February 19th
  • Last Day before Spring Break – March 12th
  • Holy Thursday – April 1st
  • Fun Field Day – May 21st
  • Last Day of School (PK – 7th grade) – May 26th

See below for a printable calendar and have a great weekend!

Only by His Grace,
Veronica D. Tucker

GUARDIAN NOMINATION WORKSHOP
The Law Office of David Stevens (www.dstevenslegal.com)
Wednesday, March 18, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., School Library

In this no-charge class, you will discover: The 6 most common mistakes parents make when naming guardians for their children in case of the parents’ incapacity or death, and how to fix them; how to choose the right guardians for your children and make sure your children are never taken from your home or placed with strangers if something happens to you; how to make sure your assets are immediately and privately available to the people you’ve named to care for your children; and why a Will alone is very likely not enough to make absolutely sure your kids are taken care of the way you want, by the people you want, no matter what. At the end of the class, you will have named legal guardians for your children with attorney-drafted legal documents… all FOR FREE!

Please let us know if you will attend by registering and obtaining your FREE tickets at https://guardian-workshop.eventbrite.com.
