THE POWER OF WORSHIP
Worship is powerful. Worship is a way maker and a promise keeper. Because of its power, worship will usher you into God’s spiritual realm. There are many ways to worship. You can worship through dance, praise, testimony, and in spirit and truth (John 4:24). This is just between you and the Lord. Worship is restorative. It comes to refresh, to restore, and to revive your spirit, a rebirthing, a renewing of your heart, body, and soul. When you delve into worship, God will transform you completely. It is the key to open up the windows of heaven. You are letting God know that you trust Him in all that He has for you: your purpose and your promises. Everything will become so clear to you. Just rest in His arms and know that He is God. Everything about you will change: your talk and your walk. This gives you a deeper connection with God. The Word comes alive and gives you guidance and revelation.
God loves the heart of His children that speak truth and honesty about themselves. Because of transparency, you open the door for God to envelope you in His love. In all of this, it is important to stay obedient to the Lord. This will allow us to maintain our anointing when we hearken our ears to the voice of the Lord. Worship is also a declaration. God is in the midst of all that is happening in our world today, a powerful weapon against any lie that says God is not in control or that He is not able. Worship surrenders all our cares to God, our priorities, plans, hopes, dreams, and even our fears. Romans 12:1 says, “I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God; this is your spiritual act of worship.” Worship is the giving of our entire self, our thoughts, and our emotions. We have to spend time with the Lord. He is a jealous God. In Joshua 24:19, it says “For they provoked him to anger with their high places, they moved him to jealousy with their idols.” He wants all of you. He needs His children to help others who may be struggling in this walk or just need encouragement. It is up to us to stand in the gap for our families, friends, and others. We have to be who He designed us to be, a higher version of ourselves, so we can help in His plan for God’s kingdom mission. We thank God for the manifestation of His Word.

With the debt for sin having been paid by Jesus Christ on the Cross, we now have the opportunity to life eternal. Jesus said, ...I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14 KJV). Romans 10:9 says, That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God had raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (KJV). If you have not asked Jesus to come into your heart, do it today. Simply say, Jesus, I acknowledge that I am a sinner. I believe in my heart that You died on the cross to save me from the debt of my sin. I confess You now as my Lord and Savior and ask You to come into my heart and change my life, in Your name I pray, amen.
