My Living Well to Age Well series has officially wrapped up—and the replay of our final session, Beck’s Kitchen Staples: Some Recipes ’n Tips, is now available!
For this last session, I brought things home—quite literally—to my own kitchen, sharing some of the foods I regularly make and keep on hand, how I prepare them, and why they matter nutritionally. From high-quality protein and healthy fats to fiber, collagen-building nutrients, phytonutrients, and beneficial microbes, these simple foods help provide many of the things our bodies need even more intentionally as we age.
And because so many of you wanted the recipes, I promised you wouldn't have to hunt through the presentation slides to find them! I've included individual recipe links below so you can easily save, print, and try the ones that appeal to you.
This session also brings our seven-part journey to a close. We've explored food, muscle, movement, strength, flexibility, and many of the everyday choices that can profoundly influence how well we age.
Growing older is inevitable—but how we grow older is something we can influence enormously.
Here's to continuing to live well...so that we can age well!
