The primary objective of the brief survey is to understand the levels of perceived excess documentation burden experienced by healthcare professionals. Primary Care Bayfront: Kellie (Kozel) was awesome. Glad she is my primary care NP. She listened and was friendly and compassionate. There was no rushing the appointment. She explained things and looked at my previous medical history. Great bedside manners! Highly recommend.
