With the launch of our new search platform, you will need to update your Hot Sheet subscriptions. The Hot Sheets that were created on the legacy site did not transfer over and will need to be recreated.

Note: You will notice the new platform does not use the term “Hot Sheets,” yet the process still functions the same way to send you email alerts when new listings become available on the market that match the search criteria filters you have provided. Also, these steps are different from the Broadcast/Need Want email settings previously sent out in member communications.

STEP 1:

Launch the new search platform by clicking on “Search Commercial Listings” from the CBA homepage:
Then, conduct a search on the Map by entering in the search filters to narrow down your preferences. Then select “Save Searches” and click on “Save Current Search.”
In the pop-up window, you will need to enter a Search Name and select the email frequency with which you want to receive your notifications.

*There is an optional setting to add an additional email to receive these notifications. You are welcome to add clients to that list, but keep in mind clients are not usually CBA members and they will only be able to see listings that have been set to “public.” In addition, you will also need to manually turn off these emails for your client once you have completed your transaction with them.
Now that you have set up your New Email Notifications, they can later be managed by clicking on “Saved Searches” and then “View Saved Searches.”
From the View Save Searches pop-up window, you can change the frequency or delete the saved search completely by clicking on “Edit” button.
STEP 2:

Once you have set up your new Email Notifications that match your search preferences, you will then need to delete the Hot Sheets from the legacy platform to eliminate receiving duplicate emails from CBA.

On CBA’s homepage, navigate to Research & Listings > Marketing Tools > Hot Sheets.
Once you are viewing your active Hot Sheets, simply click on "Delete" to remove the legacy search platform email notifications.
