Public Transit Service Update


RELEASED December 5, 2025


The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay would like to inform residents that the bus is presently OUT OF SERVICE due to mechanical issues. As a result, the on-demand service will be unavailable during this period.


There will be an update on the bus once the issue is fixed.


The Town of Happy Valley - Goose Bay apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause.

REMINDER


We suggest that riders with the On-Demand Transit App keep an eye on the notification bell icon in the top right of the rider app home screen. The bell icon displays a pop-up announcement of any issues with the bus and a notice to riders.

  • You can visit the Town Hall front desk if you require additional assistance with setting up the On-Demand App and the Transit Fare Platform.

  • Residents with limited access to technology - internet, smartphones, or an email address - can visit or call the Town Hall during office hours for assistance with booking rides.
