An Important Message from The Bureau of Certification Regarding Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) for Region 18 in Philadelphia - PROVIDER AGREEMENTS
This is a message to child care providers serving Philadelphia (Region 18 ELRC) children in the subsidized child care program.
As the new ELRC grantee in Philadelphia, Caring People Alliance (CPA) is in the process of updating agreements with all child care providers serving Philadelphia children participating in the subsidized child care program. In order to continue to receive subsidized child care payments from the ELRC, all child care providers serving Philadelphia children participating in the subsidized child care program MUST have a complete updated provider agreement in place by September 5, 2019. Failure to complete an updated provider agreement will result in your payment being held until your updated agreement has been completed.
If you have submitted documents and have not already been informed that your agreement update is complete, please send an e-mail to elrc18providers@caringpeoplealliance.org. Be sure to include your program name and either your PELICAN provider number or MPI number in the e-mail. You will receive a response within 24 hours. Please do NOT resend documents “just to be sure.” The ELRC logs in each document; sending duplicate documents delays the ELRC's ability to process the large volume of documents being received.
Click this link for a PDF version (PDF) of a provider agreement packet containing the pages that must be completed and returned to the ELRC along with:
Proof of your tax ID number (either an EIN assignment letter from the IRS or a copy of your Social Security card)
A copy of your parent handbook and published rates (signed and dated)
A copy of your photo ID (for family child care providers only)
