COUNCIL MEMBER RODRIGUEZ TO CALL FOR MIDTOWN HIT AND RUN DRIVER TO TURN SELF IN, AFTER RUNNING OVER MAN'S HEAD
New York, NY -- Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez and others will call for the driver of a black Ford Econoline van to turn himself in, following a hit and run crash that left a man in critical condition on Monday morning in Midtown Manhattan. Council Member Rodriguez will call for New Yorkers to help in the capture of the driver, who reportedly ran over the head of a pedestrian after he fell into the street following a dizzy spell.
