Inclusive play area opening soon at Arroyo Verde Park

This week, the City debuted a heartfelt video highlighting how the community came together to rebuild and create our first-ever all inclusive play area at Arroyo Verde Park (AVP), anticipated to open in spring 2022.

This short video highlights many of the generous donations and partnership with the Ventura Community Partners Foundation (VCPF).

While the parking lot on the north side is open for use, the inclusive play area remains closed until its public opening later this spring. Next steps is the inclusive play area will undergo final touches and safety inspections to guarantee it's ready for everyone to enjoy soon!
