CELEBRATION IDEAS!

Don't let the year end without taking time to celebrate your chapter's wins...no matter how big or small they may be! Celebration ideas:

• This is How I Got the Edge in DECA - one slide per member. Put them on the hallway bulletin board, around the classroom, or if there aren't too many...run through the school announcements!
• DECA Diamonds - give every member a paper diamond and have them journal one thing they accomplished this year in DECA. Keep them and use them in the fall to recruit or display on your beginning of the year bulletin board!
• Senior tri-fold display boards to pass down as their legacy to new members (officers could do this also for next year's team).
• Senior Certificates to each other - can be funny or serious.
• Purchase DECA tassels or stoles for outgoing seniors.
• In-Class Party.
• End of the Year Banquet (see Unit 5.2) for resources - here is a sample program.

Be creative, think outside the box, and most importantly - CELEBRATE THE WINS!
